This whole buying ethically is great and all but….do the clothes you sleep in give you peace of mind that they were sourced and made responsibly?
I don’t know about you, but I want fair trade pajamas just as much as I want ethically made purses! Luckily, there are options.
And cute ones at that! No matter if your style is luxe Olivia Pope or more Rachel from Friends, there are some ethically made jammies for you. I mean, surely Olivia and Rachel cared about this stuff too in the middle of stealing State secrets and breaking Ross’s heart, right?!

Well, they sell pajamas and loungewear too! The loungewear is made from bamboo cotton and I promise you it will be the coziest you’ve ever been. I love their simple designs that still manage to be chic and not dowdy. Third Love is doing something real right.

Is there a section of the fashion industry that Everlane hasn’t ethically dominated? Yeah, no. Their latest venture is into fair trade bras and panties that are extra sweet for lounging, and I gotta say they hit it out of the park.
They now offer three different styles: the tank bra, the bralette, and the triangle bra. All with matching panties, which is basically all I’ve ever wanted. Now, none of these bras are padded, but the cotton is fairly thick and could hide mosttt pointy objects except on the absolute coldest of days.
And if you’re still looking for some more outer coverings, then check out the cashmere sweatpants and sweatshirt. Watching Netflix all day in your sweats never felt so good.

H&M is on the sustainable up and up, y’all. You can safely get your cute date night jammies on the up and up and on the cheap.
These are not going to be your extra high quality fair trade pajamas like some of the others on your list, but the ones from H&M will be extra affordable if you’re on a budget or if you just want something a little more pretty/sexy.

Yoga clothes that I can sleep in? Count me in! These organic cotton loungewear sets and leggings and tees are made in the US by Fair Indigo and teeter on the line of “I missed Woodstock and am now a corporate lawyer but try to stick it to the Man”.
A good line to be on, in my opinion. While there is a dedicated loungewear line, check out the dresses and tees! They’re all so soft and stretchy they can double as day and night wear (just not the club kind).

These are some investment pajamas for sure, so save your pennies and treat yourself. And if you can’t afford the pajamas, try out a silk pillowcase. I promise your hair will thank you from here on out.
