Welcome to my journal of handmade items that make me do a happy dance. I share my favorite tips & patterns I create, so that you can join me on this stitching journey along the way.
Unless you’re a color analyst, figuring out your seasonal color palette can be pretty tough. My super quick “What Season Am I?” quiz will get you sorted out once and for all!
It’s only 8 questions and it’s no fluff, promise. At the end you’ll find out what your season is and your best color palette anddd a super simple guide about what all of this seasonal color analysis stuff even means! Heck, I’ve even thrown in some celebrity seasonal look-alikes so you can see real-life examples of people in your same seasonal color palette.
This is just a way to figure out what colors look best on you. It’s a little silly, but we group people by seasons. We look at your hair color, your skin color and undertone, and eye color. Then, you’re put in a season type! There are 12 season types, because each of the 4 seasons has three variations.
My quiz will tell you which of the four seasons you’re in, and then help you narrow down to which variation of the season is best for you. You can totally rock all of the three palettes in your season though !
Light Summer
Soft Summer
Cool Summer
Soft Autumn
Warm Autumn
Deep Autumn
Clear Winter
Cool Winter
Deep Winter
Light Spring
Clear Spring
Warm Spring
Don’t worry, you just have to take the quiz and it will figure it all out for you! Then you’ll be well on your way to knowing what colors flatter you the most and looking like a star (one of the ones that isn’t dead yet ).
This is the most accurate quiz I have ever made ! I have found that I am a cool winter ( summer/ winter type), it’s the very first time when someone acknowledged that winter can also be blonde ( ash blonde). The colors agree perfectly with my skin tone and it just feels HOME. The palette is stunning. So basically I am a ashy blonde person with a very cool skin and eyes, but higher contrast if it comes to my eyebrows and lashes. Many quizzes and analysis didn’t acknowledge the fact that you can still have a high contrast due to your facial hair. So not only the hair on your head counts, but the rest as well. I am very pleased to have that confirmed as my instincts were just approved. Thank a lot !!!

Where is the color analysis quiz? Cannot find it…am thinking this is not a user friendly site to get that info.
I’m none of them… what if you have darkish golden blonde hair, a warm skin tone, skin that’s not pale, and blue-green-grey eyes?
you’re spring
Hi! I’m kinda confused. I have light brown hair, with natural golden highlights, dark brown eyes, and skin that burns easily, with blue and purple veins in my wrists. I’ve also been told I look good in cranberry if that helps. Can anyone tell me what my season is?
I have the same problem! Having a mix of warm and cool coloring can make these season tests a bit of a struggle. I always get pinned as a summer or autumn. Some colors work, but a lot don’t. My hair is golden-blonde, my eyes are dark green, and my skin tone is cool. I look great in burgundy, olive green, black, slate blue, and dusty rose.
I generally go for clothes in dark jewel tones or, when lighter, colors that are a bit muted, typically darker than my skin tone. Play around until you find what you like! Be aware of what colors do to your face.
Wear what makes you feel good. Confidence can pull any outfit together. 😉
I struggle too, both silver & gold looks good on me, and i am also a mix of cool/warm shades. I look best in light brown, green, purple & pink earthy tone eye shadows. In terms of clothing i look the best in burgundy or any earthy colours again. I usually wear a rose/browny pink lip colour and any red lip colour looks terrible on me, same with blue eyeshadow
your season is: KYS

P.P.S en ja ik heb nu stront in me haar 🙂
I’m going to guess that you’re warm tone and your season is autumn. I say this because you sound quite similar to me and I’m a warm tone autumn. Also, you said, "I’ve also been told I look good in cranberry if that helps." Cranberry, to me, looks like an autumn colour. Also, in case you did not already know, it is possible to be neutral. Which means any colour, cool or warm, looks good on you which also means any season is "your" season.
Actually, scratch that. Cranberry, when doing further analysis, is a cool tone colour. I’m so sorry for mixing that up. You are probably a cool tone. I’ve done some research and blue and/or purple veins tend to be more indicative of a cool tone. My guess is that you are a cool summer.
*cool summer OR cool winter.
I have no idea which one I am. I have very neutral medium blonde hair (I mean, they have cool undertones with warm gold highlights), deep brown eyes (they sometimes seems even black on photos) and pale skin with cool undertones, which have a few light freckles (they get darker in summer) and I can easily burn my skin, if I don’t wear SPF while tanning (my tan at first is red, but then it gets a light golden brown color). Someone please help me find out which season of these 12 I am?
Growing out my natural hair color, it’s bright silver, dark grey salt and pepper
You make no allowance for white-haired women. Where do we fit in?
I am not really classified as i have a dark choclate brown hair and the closes you have is meduim brown
There were 3/4 options that had my eye colour… i had no clue which to pick.
I don’t know if I’m a clear winter or clear spring. I have light, neutral skin with some freckles, light, cool green eyes and medium dark (level 5-6) ash brown hair with natural golden highlights.
I have very fair, definitely neutral skin, medium golden brown hair and dark brown eyes. I’m not sure if I’m a Sring or one of the Autumns
Inaccurate results which said I was Spring when in fact I’m autumn
I’m cool tone, the veins in my wrist are blue, no hint of green whatsoever, how the hell am i autumn??
There were 3 options which contained my eye colour – light brown, so confused on which to pick. It said i am a spring but i am probably least like a spring, being closer to summer/autumn and even winter before id be a spring
This is an outrage. I have red veins!! Why no options for me
i believe those are your arteries!
I love this! Great page thank you. This will help my style
Nice work!
I have fair red-ish skin, blue veins, dark brown eyes and medium ashy brown hair. I always burn, never tan. Dark colors look good on me. My skin is in no way warm or golden. Yet this said I was an autumn…
Maria – I am the same as you. Said I was autumn as well but none of them quite fit, haha.
I have dark honey brown eyes, hair that in the summer gets golden/reddish tints. My arms and neck tan easily, and my face does a bit too. I get freckles on my nose and cheeks and my arms get sunkisses, too. I burn, but only if I’m outside for a couple hours without sunscreen. I’ve always had trouble with my legs tanning, although they get a bit darker. My wrist has purple, blue, and a little bit of green veins. I’ve always thought I was an autumn, but my friends say I look good in black and white. When I wear a few shades of brown, they say that too. It’s really confusing to me if I’m a cool, warm, or neutral. If I’m a soft summer, or warm autumn, or an entirely different season. Can anybody help me out? I’m also looking for a real in-depth quiz.
I look good in a rust brown and dark browns, cool light blue, pure black, pure white (not cream), cool dark greens, and dark teals or navy.
